• Remove excess dirt with a soft brush or clean flannel
• Mix warm water and a few drops of neutral detergent, lightly dampen a brush or cloth, and wipe your shoes
• Remove the detergent with a dry, soft cloth
• Dry in the shade, away from the sun or sources of heat
• Store shoes in a dry, ventilated place
• Do not wash in washing machines and do not wet your shoes completely
• Do not use abrasive sponges
• Never hang on a clothesline

Our shoes are designed by our founder, Emily Landsman, and we only work with fair-wage factories around the world.

Our shoes Della, Darya, Cora and Cassia, are made in a production plant that consumes electric energy power generated 100% from clean sources, such as hydroelectric and eolic power plants. All carbon footprint has also been eliminated from these production plants by consuming zero kW from fossil fuel power plants. Additionally, these factories embrace diversity and inclusion programs, which align with the values of della terra.

We use only vegan and recycled materials to create a line with a fresh take on timeless fashion staples. We are also PETA certified.

Our shoes are made with SARTA (shoe & allied trade research association) certified chrome, lead, nickel and phthalate-free synthetic with biodegradable rubber from a fair-wage factory. We’re continuously working towards sustainability and we’re trying out cactus and pineapple leather for our following seasons as well.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days in the original, unworn condition. Follow these steps and we would love to help you find the pair of your dreams.

If purchased from dellaterrashoes.com, all footwear from Della Terra Shoes is warranted for a period of 90 days without defects in material or workmanship. The footwear warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material over time due to exposure or extensive use. Shoes must be unworn for this warranty to apply. If a product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, we will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. We are not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred as a result of the loss or usage of our products. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and emailed to info@dellaterrashoes.com.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and more. You may also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or Shop Pay.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. If for any reason you haven’t received your order confirmation after one business day, please email us at info@dellaterrashoes.com.
